Tristan is a native of Hampton,Virginia where he works as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. 

Aside from teaching, Tristan serves as an itinerant ASL/English interpreter throughout coastal and central Virginia. His ASL journey began back in 2010 when he began taking ASL classes during undergraduate studies. Since then, Tristan has worked for the state school for the Deaf and Blind as well as several other mainstream school divisions. He currently holds the National RID certification (NIC). 

Hobbies include: crossfit training, running, and offering supplemental tutoring support to students..
