Allison fell in love with theatre at a production of Little Shop of Horrors in 2005. Soon after, she began acting professionally in Richmond at age 13, and went on to receive a BA in Theatre at Emerson College in Boston.
As by divine intervention, a favorite professor at Emerson asked Allison her "why" - since that moment, she has been singularly determined to make theatre more accessible. She saw an interpreted production of Cinderella in 2019 and immediately signed up for ASL classes.
She graduated from Reynolds in Spring 2025 and has been enjoying the heck out of interpreting ever since! Aside from interpreting, Allison enjoys trying new restaurants, distance running, and traveling with her husband Matt and pups, Bartlet (Bubba) and Emeril (Emmy).
